How To Verify Your Identity:
1. Acceptable forms of ID:
- Driver’s License
- Manitoba Identification Card
- Passport
- Status Card or Métis Card
- Health Card
- Library Card
- Student ID
- Recreation Centre ID/Membership
- Addressed Lettermail
A Note: Winnipeg Public Libraries offer free faxing and free scanned email. They also offer photocopying for a small fee.

How to setup your mailbox:
- Dial (204) 786-5000
- Enter 9 and your mailbox number:
- Enter the default passcode: 1230
- Enter 0
- Enter 5 to change your passcode– Enter a new passcode (up to 8 digits). Press #.– Re Enter your new passcode. Press #
- Enter 3 to record you name for the directory– Record your name after the tone– Press 1 to accept recording– Press 2 to listen to the recording– Press 3 to erase and re record
- Enter 1 to record your voicemail message– Record your message after the tone– Press 1 to accept recording– Press 2 to listen to the recording– Press 3 to erase and re record
- Your mailbox setup is complete!
